SERVICE AGREEMENT BY A MATCHMAKING AGENCY

Company "Citromantic", located at 99 Impasse Monsales, 47400 Tonneins, France, represented by its Director, Mrs. Anastasia Beschi, hereinafter referred to as the "AGENCY", on the one hand, and the Client, hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT", on the other hand, have entered into this agreement concerning the following service: CitroZest.

This contract is concluded remotely, electronically, and is deemed fully accepted by the CLIENT upon validation of the order and online payment on the website https://citromantic.com, after reading and accepting this agreement via a mandatory checkbox prior to payment.

Article 1: Purpose of the Agreement1.1 The AGENCY undertakes to provide the CLIENT, under the CitroZest offer, with the following services:

A 2-hour call (via videoconference or telephone) to understand the CLIENT’s relationship situation, with concrete advice

A personalized analysis of the CLIENT’s relational challenges by the Director of the Agency

An optional presentation of the AGENCY’s working methods and a personalized strategy to optimize the CLIENT’s chances of finding a lasting partner

1.2 The CitroZest offer constitutes a one-time individual assessment, with no obligation for further commitment.

Article 2: Obligations of the Parties2.1 The AGENCY undertakes to:

Offer attentive, confidential, and professional listening during consultations

Provide a personalized analysis and advice tailored to the CLIENT’s situation

Respect the confidentiality of exchanges and shared data

2.2 The CLIENT undertakes to:

Provide truthful information regarding their personal and relational situation

Respect the scheduled appointment times

Notify at least 24 hours in advance in case of inability to attend

Failure to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in the session being considered completed. No refund or rescheduling will be granted in this case.

Article 3: Duration of the Contract

This contract takes effect on the date the order is placed on the website https://citromantic.com and terminates automatically upon the full completion of the CitroZest service.

Article 4: Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The price of the CitroZest service is €600 including all taxes (six hundred euros all taxes included).

4.2 Payment must be made online at the time of order, via the integrated payment platform on the website https://citromantic.com.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the CLIENT has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of order to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the service is executed before the expiration of this period, the CLIENT expressly waives this right by ticking the appropriate box at the time of order validation.

Article 6: Liability and Limitations

6.1 The AGENCY is subject only to a best-efforts obligation and in no way guarantees a result or future relationship.

6.2 The CLIENT is solely responsible for how they use the advice provided.

Article 7: Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information received during the provision of the service.

Article 7 bis: Passive Database Inclusion and CLIENT Obligations

7.2 At the end of the CitroZest service, and only with the express consent of the CLIENT, the CLIENT may be included in the AGENCY’s passive database.

7.3 In this context, the AGENCY reserves the right to create a relational profile of the CLIENT based on the information and documents exchanged, with a view to potential introductions to other candidates selected by the AGENCY. No active steps will be required from the CLIENT, and inclusion in the passive database does not imply any contractual obligation on their part.

7.4 The CLIENT undertakes to strictly maintain the confidentiality of any information received regarding potential introductions, including but not limited to:

Identity, age, profession, or any personal data of proposed candidates

Photographs and profiles

Written or verbal exchanges, whether originating from the AGENCY or the candidates

7.5 The CLIENT also agrees not to harm the image, reputation, or standing of the AGENCY through public statements, online publications, social media, or any other communication channel.

Article 8: Disputes

Any dispute relating to this agreement, failing amicable resolution, will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Agen.

SERVICE AGREEMENT "CITROPULP

"Company "Citromantic", located at 99 Impasse Monsales, 47400 Tonneins, France, SIREN No. 832604177, represented by its director, Mrs. Anastasia Beschi, hereinafter referred to as the "AGENCY", on the one hand, and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT", on the other hand, have entered into this agreement concerning the following service: CitroPulp.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. Under the CitroPulp package, the CLIENT engages the AGENCY, which undertakes to provide the following services:

Creation and processing of the client’s file

Creation of the client’s application file, assistance in writing a presentation letter, and its translation into foreign languages

Individual search for a partner according to the CLIENT’s criteria

Provision of potential candidates' contact information within the limits of the services paid for, subject to their consent

Presentation of a report upon the CLIENT’s request, with advice notes (maximum once per quarter)

Consultation with the CLIENT on any questions relating to the agency’s activity and relational behavior advice to help the CLIENT succeed in their matchmaking project

1.2. The AGENCY explicitly rejects human trafficking, prostitution, and any other activities prohibited by French law and international law.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1 The AGENCY undertakes to:

Discuss with the CLIENT all details regarding the desired personal and physical qualities of selected candidates, which will be detailed in an Annex to this Agreement (Questionnaire)

Assist in drafting a presentation letter (CV) for the CLIENT and translate it into foreign languages used by the agency (Russian, English, French, etc.)

Publish the CLIENT’s photos and CV in a restricted-access database

Introduce the CLIENT to interested candidates

Present candidates who meet the CLIENT’s indicated preferences and criteria

Provide consultation (by phone or email) regarding all questions related to this agreement

2.1.1. The CLIENT’s addresses and telephone numbers will not be shared with other potential candidates unless expressly authorized by the CLIENT.

2.1.2. The CLIENT’s contact details may only be shared with candidates from the agency or its affiliated agencies upon the CLIENT’s explicit written consent sent to citromantic@gmail.com, and strictly within the scope of the services paid.

2.1.3. Provide the services listed in Section 1.1 within the agreed deadlines, seeking candidates of the required gender who are seeking marriage or a stable and lasting relationship according to the CLIENT’s preferences.

2.1.4. Under the CitroPulp package, the AGENCY guarantees a minimum of five (5) interested candidates, with no maximum limit, during the three (3)-year contractual period.

2.2 The CLIENT undertakes to:

Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves (including personal photos taken within the past three months) and immediately inform the AGENCY of any changes

Submit the following documents for inclusion in the database:

Completed candidate questionnaire

At least three personal photographs

Copy of a valid ID document

Copy of a divorce certificate (if previously married)

Other documents evidencing the CLIENT’s civil status

Comply with French law and international regulations and assume full responsibility for any violations

Not use the AGENCY’s services for illegal purposes or dissemination of offensive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise prohibited information

Respond to the AGENCY's communications within 48 hours

Notify the AGENCY at least 48 hours in advance if unable to attend scheduled calls, video conferences, or in-person meetings

Maintain a neat personal appearance during real-life meetings (make-up, grooming, manicure, clean and presentable clothing)

Notify the AGENCY in writing if they wish to discontinue communication with a potential candidate

Behave respectfully; making financial requests to potential candidates is strictly prohibited

Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding other clients' personal data during and after the contract

Destroy all information concerning other clients after responding to a proposal or, in case of no response, delete all related documents from devices (except email communications)

2.3 The AGENCY reserves the right to:

With CLIENT’s consent, use information regarding a successful match (marriage or lasting relationship) for promotional purposes

Unilaterally terminate the contract for reasons including:

Provision of unreliable or suspicious information

Breach of confidentiality terms

Inappropriate behavior towards other clients, partner agency clients, or agency staff

Client’s interruption of communication with the agency for over 30 days

Receipt of serious complaints supported by objective evidence

Significant changes in the CLIENT’s personal situation impacting the service

Provide CLIENT information to competent authorities upon official request

Not censor correspondence content received by the CLIENT

Share CLIENT’s information with partner agencies (with CLIENT's consent) to facilitate matchmaking

Refuse to search for candidates if the CLIENT is already establishing a relationship with another candidate within the agency or its partners

2.4 CLIENT’s Right to Terminate

The CLIENT may terminate this agreement at any time, which will result in the closure of their file and the deletion of their information from the agency’s database, except as outlined in Section 2.3.1.

2.5 Access to Database

The CLIENT is not entitled to browse the agency’s full database. Only candidate profiles meeting their preferences will be presented.

2.6 Right of Withdrawal

The CLIENT has a fourteen (14)-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of signing, without penalty or obligation to provide justification. However, if services commence before the end of this period at the CLIENT’s request, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

2.7 Agency Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM GMT+1

Closed on official public holidays in France

Closed during Christmas holidays

3. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

The AGENCY and CLIENT are liable according to applicable French law for any failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement

The AGENCY is not responsible for the authenticity of information provided by other clients

The AGENCY is not responsible for the actions of third parties (e.g., embassies, security agencies, airlines)

The AGENCY does not guarantee candidates' interest in the CLIENT

In case of early termination, service fees paid by the CLIENT will not be refunded unless the AGENCY breaches the agreement

4. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement takes effect upon payment via https://citromantic.com and remains valid for three (3) years.

5. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Client registration fees for three (3) years: €600 (including taxes), non-refundable. This includes a two-hour consultation, profile creation, translations, and verification.

Individual search service fees for three (3) years: €5,000 (including taxes).

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the Citromantic website.

Payment constitutes full acceptance and electronic signature of the agreement.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS

Disputes should be resolved amicably where possible

Failing amicable resolution, disputes will be referred to the competent courts under French law

The AGENCY reserves the right to amend this agreement; the version signed by the CLIENT will remain applicable
